Understandable Outrage

What’s wrong?

Nothing, I’m chillin’.

Are you okay?

I’m fine.

How can I help?

Thanks, I got it.

Are you sure?

Yep, I’m cool.

Want to talk about it?

Nope, I’ll figure it out.

You look upset, can I help?

Ignore me, I have a natural RBF.

Is there anything I can do to make you smile?

Yes, please give me some space so that I can think.

But it seems that you really need to talk, I’m a great listener.

It’s nothing that concerns you, I just need a few minutes please?

Do you want go out for lunch or something to share a couple of laughs?

I told you that I am not in the mood to share my feelings, please understand?

Well, if you insist on being resistant to my offer of help, I will check on you later.

I don’t need you to check on me now, or later, how about you go bug someone else,

Fine, be that way, I will never speak to you again, all I was trying to do is help.

That works for me, I told you I need space, but you chose to disregard my request,

I understand, but I wanted to tell you about something I heard-

I said PLEASE LEAVE ME TF ALONE!!!!!!!!! I DON’T CARE!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, sorry, my bad. I see that you’re busy.

I appreciate it, thanks.

When you want to be left alone, people just don’t get it, at least not with me. I like to be non-social at times while I’m working through my problems, concentrating on something, or most importantly when I’m already pissed off.  It doesn’t mean that I am giving people the cold shoulder. I have had people get angry with me for not wanting to be social even while I uphold respect when speaking with people to eliminate frustration by keeping my reactions short and sweet. I acknowledge people, while keeping my interest at the bare minimum to avoid a pathway into conversations when my mind is elsewhere. That’s how I am, so people accept it who know me and those who refuse to take heed learn quickly. I am pretty calm, helpful, and compassionate in general. Please respect my bubble when I’m in it because if you’re constantly nudging me, it will surely burst. Everyone is entitled to a little space sometimes, I can’t be the only person that believes that.

Sincerely,

~BlacRoseRed~

All people need some space…The problem is that some people need much more than others, and misunderstandings occur!

Exactly, but people “get me” and always come back when I’m more open to talk.
