Keeping a sound mind and settled nerves is sincerely a difficult task when you feel the walls closing in. If prayer eases your stress, then yes, do that, I certainly do. If talking to a friend helps relieve your burden, then yes do that, I do. If crying until you don’t have any tears to shed comforts you, then yes do that, I’m done crying. I choose to write it! Whatever takes the edge off while going through struggles, then choose what works, anything other than giving in to the weight on your shoulders dragging you down. Life is always full of glorious possibilities, taking advantage of it is your responsibility.
